Showcasing the newly released 2023 vintages, the evening offers a first look at the depth, character, and evolution of one of Australia’s most revered producers.

Each course has been thoughtfully composed to complement and elevate the wines, creating a seamless balance between kitchen and cellar. Framed by sweeping coastal views and guided by the stories behind each pour, this is a refined celebration of craftsmanship, provenance, and the art of pairing at its highest level.
